hi! purpose here is to find buddies to code with and help people to code their projects in exchange for ranking.
your goal: in a project - admin/owner will assign tasks to project members, your goal is to build a effective communication and deliver project in time (IF YOU DONT YOU LOSE POINTS!!!)
you have karma, karma is used to rate how cool you are, anything below 0 is you are a sucker. you can gain karma based on your activities in the project (see below)
!!! if you will be lazy, hold your team or just give up, you will lose points, if you will blink - you lose points!

Our point system rewards quality contributions and active participation. Points are publicly visible on your profile and on the leaderboard.
Different actions award different point values:

Points can also be deducted for certain actions:
| Project is not finished in time | -15 [whole team] |
| Team failing to complete all tasks before project expiration [affects whole team] | -1 per task |
| Deleting a task | -1 each |
| Being stupid | -1 |
| Leaving a project | -3 |
| Violations of community guidelines | Varies by severity |
Experiment! That's the whole point!
First of all try to connect with your teammates, find out what they know and what they can do/like. It will help to properly distribute human force across project
Separate tasks into smaller ones, it will help you and your team to manage project better
Don't push, being faster doesnt always mean better, relax
Create group in discord, if you think that it will suit you more, dont be shy!
To communicate with a team you have built-in chat in a project room
If you don't like chat, use discord, create a group!
Remember! you are not just coding, you are making friends - have fun!
You can finish a project only if 40% of project were made
